As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request all changes/cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Any requests after this time cannot be processed. Your order may be returned upon receipt for a full refund.

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro, Klarna, Shop Pay, Union Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay) and PayPal payments.

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and the sales season. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of dispatch, you are entitled to a full refund.

Please contact us if you have received an item that is incorrect, missing and/or damaged. Please include your order number, photos of the item(s) and any related notes when you receive your parcel. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you paid with a credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank if you would like to know when the credit will be posted to your account. If you have not yet received a credit note for your return, please proceed as follows: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be credited to your account.

The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in Euros, which means that you may have to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs charges may be levied once your order arrives at its final destination; these will be determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and is not our responsibility. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs authority in your country.
